Terms of Use
Last updated 24 October 2026
These are the rules for using JodiSync. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use JodiSync
- You must be an adult looking for a life partner: women 18 and over, men 21 and over, and legally allowed to marry.
- One person, one account. Profiles made for someone else need that person's own confirmation.
Be real and be respectful
- Your details and photos must be true and must show you. Do not use someone else's photos, stock pictures or group photos as your main photo.
- No harassment, hate, threats, pressure, scams, requests for money, or sexual content.
- No selling, advertising or recruiting. No collecting other members' information.
- Do not share someone's private details without their agreement.
Photos and verification
New photos and selfies are checked before others see them, by people and by an automatic face check. We may reject a photo, ask for a new selfie, or limit an account when something looks wrong. Your main photo is locked for a short period after you join so profiles stay trustworthy.
Matches, chat and calls
Chatting after a match is free. You decide whether to share your phone number, and only when you both agree. Be careful when you meet someone: meet in a public place and tell a family member or friend.
Plans and payments
Paid plans (when available) add things like reach and filters. They are bought through Google Play and are managed there, including cancellation and refunds under Google Play's rules. No plan guarantees a match.
Our responsibility
JodiSync is a platform that introduces people. We do not guarantee any match or marriage, and we cannot check every claim on every profile. Take your own care and, where it matters, verify details with the person and their family. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what members do or say. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can pause or delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or the law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; important changes are shown in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Pune, Maharashtra can hear disputes.
